Build a premium brand people want to wear — and a store that runs itself
Kaltro Wear started as a name, a copper shield and a line: “Designed for the bold. Worn by the brave.” The goal was a store that feels like a fashion label, not a template, and that can grow to thousands of products without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
CodeLuma delivered the full stack: the dark-and-copper brand system, a custom storefront, the product artwork itself, automated production and fulfilment, payments, email journeys, search and social visibility, and an owner dashboard that shows what is happening on the site second by second.

Six systems working as one store
Custom storefront
A fast, SEO-first PHP storefront with its own catalogue engine: an in-memory product index for instant grids and search, per-product data files, category pages, colour previews, a full-screen photo viewer and mobile-first design.
Print-on-demand automation
Printify integration that creates, prices (from real production cost), publishes and syncs every product, prints the Kaltro label inside every neck, holds orders 24 hours for changes, then sends them to production and emails tracking automatically.
Checkout that converts
Stripe Payments with live carrier shipping quotes to 28 countries, discount codes, CASL-compliant newsletter with a welcome offer, and a gift option with printable gift cards and e-cards emailed to the recipient when it ships.
An original design library
More than 300 original designs created for the brand — illustrated back prints with a chest shield, sunset badges, positive-quote and statement series, plus patch versions for hats and stickers — placed automatically on every product type.
Facebook & Instagram shop
A scheduled product feed with per-colour listings powers the Meta catalogue, category collections and shoppable posts, with a verified domain, business portfolio and automatic updates as new products go live.
Live stats, no trackers
A first-party analytics dashboard: who is online right now, visitors, page views, countries, traffic sources, top products, add-to-bag and orders — clickable filters, updating live without refreshing, and no third-party cookies.

Hundreds of designs, each placed perfectly on every product
Every design is drawn for the brand and rendered for each product type: big full-colour back prints with the Kaltro shield on the chest for adult clothing, front prints for kids, wrap-around mugs, gallery posters, tote bags and patch-style badges for caps and stickers — with ink that adapts to light and dark garments.
Built to be found, trusted and scaled
Search visibility
Structured data for every product, image sitemaps, social share cards, IndexNow pings and Google Search Console from day one.
Trust & compliance
PIPEDA-aligned privacy policy, CASL email consent, clear terms and returns, secure tokenised payments.
Owner tools
Admin for orders, products, coupons, messages, settings and live stats — plus automatic emails for every step.
Built to scale
A catalogue architecture designed for thousands of products and a feed that grows with it automatically.
Kaltro Wear FAQ
Can CodeLuma build a print-on-demand store like Kaltro Wear?
Yes. Kaltro Wear is a complete custom build: brand, storefront, product catalogue, Printify production, Stripe checkout, emails, analytics and the Facebook and Instagram shop. We scope each store around your brand and the products you want to sell.
Is Kaltro Wear built on Shopify?
No. It is a custom PHP storefront written by CodeLuma, with its own catalogue engine, checkout, admin area, email system and analytics. That means no monthly platform fees and full control over design, speed and data.
Who designs the products?
Every Kaltro Wear design is original artwork created in-house for the brand: illustrated back prints, sunset badges, statement pieces, positive quotes, patches for hats and stickers, and the Kaltro shield label printed inside the neck of every garment.
How are orders fulfilled?
Paid orders are held for 24 hours so customers can request changes, then sent automatically to Printify for printing. Production, shipping and delivery emails with tracking are sent automatically.
